Here's a version tuned exactly for that (leads with what it does, then a clear "why install"), still honest and non-salesy: SnapHAR captures a browser tab's network activity and saves it as a standard HAR 1.2 file — without opening DevTools. Getting a HAR today is a fiddly dance: open DevTools, find the Network tab, turn on Preserve log, reproduce the problem, right-click, export. SnapHAR replaces all of that with two clicks.
