Generate customizable news posts for X using ChatGPT API with a hotkey. News Poster for X fetches top national news from the GNews API and uses the OpenAI ChatGPT API to generate awesome, customizable posts, populating them in X’s composer with a hotkey (default: Ctrl+Shift+N). Customize the format (grabber, word range, character range, optional source) for posts like "EPIC: Wildfire rages across California, forcing heroic evacuations, Source: Reuters" (100–280 chars). Features include: - Duplicate prevention and model selection (gpt-4.1, gpt-4o, gpt-4o-mini, gpt-3.5-turbo). - A loading indicator shows during generation. - If a source is invalid, a default is used with an alert. Note: Uses a free GNews API key (100 requests/day limit, so limited to about 100 posts/day).
