Hover one and a card shows: • Fair Market Rents — current-year HUD Small Area FMRs (SAFMR) for studio through 4-bedroom units, the figures Section 8 payment standards are built on. • Safety — a crime score and letter grade with a comparison to the U.S. average (county-level estimate). • Rental yield — gross yield from the 2-bedroom FMR against the median home value (Landlord Pro plans). It works everywhere: listing sites, county PDF portals, spreadsheets, email. No copying ZIP codes into another tab — the number you're reading becomes the lookup.
