Stop copying listings one by one. Export hundreds of properties to Excel/CSV in seconds. # Rightmove Exporter ## The Problem Every Property Professional Knows Too Well You've been there. It's 11 PM, you're still copying property details from Rightmove into a spreadsheet. Address. Price. Bedrooms. Agent phone number. Click. Copy. Paste. Repeat. For one listing? Fine. For 50? Painful. For 500? Impossible. Whether you're a letting agent comparing the competition, an investor analyzing a new area, a developer sourcing off-market opportunities, or a relocation consultant building shortlists for clients—manual data collection from Rightmove is eating hours of your week. Hours you could spend closing deals. **Rightmove Exporter ends that.** --- ## What This Extension Does Rightmove Exporter captures property listing data directly from Rightmove search results and exports it to Excel, CSV, or JSON with one click. No more copying. No more pasting. No more typos. Run a search on Rightmove. Click export. Done. --- ## Key Features ### Bulk Data Extraction Extract data from entire search results—not just the page you're viewing. Capture 100, 500, or 1000+ listings in a single export. Export all rental listings, all sales listings, calculate average yields, compare to other areas you're tracking. Data-driven decisions, not guesswork. ### Use Case 3: Client Property Shortlist Your corporate client needs a 4-bed house within 30 minutes of their new office, budget £600k-£800k. Run the search, export to Excel, add your notes column, email a professional shortlist. Done in 10 minutes, not 2 hours. ### Use Case 4: Price Tracking Export the same search weekly. Compare datasets. See what's new, what's reduced, what's sold. Track market movement without manual monitoring. ### Use Case 5: Portfolio Benchmarking Export rental listings in your portfolio areas. Compare asking rents to what you're charging. Identify if you're under-market or over-market. Use price ranges, bedroom counts, property types, and radius filters before exporting. **Tip 2: Draw a Search Area** Rightmove's "draw a search" feature works with the exporter. Define precise geographic boundaries for your data. **Tip 3: Sort Before Export** However you sort your Rightmove results (newest, price high-low, etc.) is how they'll appear in your export. **Tip 4: Check Your Search Scope** Make sure you're on a search results page, not an individual property page, before exporting. **Tip 5: Large Exports** For very large searches (1000+ properties), the export may take a few seconds. Let it complete—don't close the tab. --- ## Why Manual Copying Doesn't Scale Let's do the math. Manually copying one property listing—address, price, beds, agent, phone—takes approximately 45 seconds if you're fast. For 100 properties: 75 minutes For 500 properties: 6+ hours For 1000 properties: Forget it And that's assuming zero errors. No typos. No missed fields. No fatigue-induced mistakes. With Rightmove Exporter, 1000 properties export in under a minute. Error-free. Every time. The question isn't whether you can afford this tool. It's whether you can afford not to use it. --- ## Built for Professionals This isn't a toy. It's a professional tool built for people who work with property data every day. No flashy gimmicks.
