The extension’s core feature is a floating ‘Quick Ask’ button that lets users extract text from any webpage they’re currently reading and send it to an AI chat platform. Because users can invoke this on any site, and the auto-fill logic must also run on whichever AI platform (ChatGPT/Gemini/Doubao/DeepSeek) they choose to send to, the extension needs host access to all http/https sites.
