Privacy-first universal wishlist: save products from any site into collections that sort themselves. Stays in your browser. Keepsake is a universal wishlist that works on any website. Save a product, and it's filed into the right collection automatically — no folders to manage, no copy-pasting links, no account to create. SAVE FROM ANYWHERE Click the icon on any product page. Keepsake reads the title, price, images and retailer, picks a collection, and shows you everything before saving. Edit anything, add a note, or override the collection. Works on every shop — no per-site integrations needed. Also: right-click any image or link to save it, use Alt+Shift+K from the keyboard, or turn on optional hover buttons that appear on product cards across listing pages. COLLECTIONS THAT LEARN Twelve starter collections — Camping & Outdoors, Home Decor, Clothing, Technology, Kitchen, Van Build, Personal Care, Books & Media, Gifts, Travel, Tools, and an Inbox for anything Keepsake isn't sure about. Rename, recolor, merge or delete any of them, and create your own. The categorizer runs entirely on your machine: it reads the product's title, description, category and breadcrumbs, matches them against each collection's vocabulary, and learns from every correction you make. Move an item once and similar items follow. Unsure saves wait in the Inbox with a suggestion instead of guessing wrong. THE DASHBOARD A calm, Pinterest-style masonry grid. Search across titles, retailers, notes and prices. Sort by newest, oldest or price. Filter by retailer. Favorite items, mark them as purchased, or archive what you're done with. Bulk-select to move, favorite, archive or delete. Drag collections to reorder. Every item shows its full link — copyable, openable in one click, and editable if the extractor grabbed the wrong page. INSTAGRAM IMPORT Open one of your own Saved collections on Instagram, click Keepsake, and import the posts as inspiration cards. Keepsake reads each post's page for the full caption, creator, hashtags, links and any products the creator tagged — including name, price and shop URL. No login credentials are used; it reads what your browser already shows you. Tagged products and caption links get "Open" and "Save as product" buttons so a found listing becomes a real wishlist item with a price and a link. OPTIONAL AI (OFF BY DEFAULT) Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. Keepsake can identify products in Instagram posts and search the web for real listings — name, brand, retailer, price and a verified link. You see exactly what leaves the browser before it's sent. Every result is labelled as a guess. Keepsake never invents purchase links; any URL the model makes up is dropped. PRIVACY-FIRST • Everything is stored in your browser (chrome.storage.local). There is no Keepsake server, no account, no sync. • No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking, no ads, no third-party scripts. • Nothing runs on any website until you ask — the toolbar, keyboard shortcut and right-click menu use only the activeTab permission. • On-page buttons are off until you enable them and grant access, site by site or all at once. Revoke any time. • Export your data as JSON. Import it back. Delete everything in one click.
