Enhance your Amazon Seller Central experience with powerful productivity tools. ✦ Stop Downloading Brand Analytics Reports One at a Time — Bulk Export Everything You Need in Minutes ✦ The Seller Utilities extension connects to your Amazon Seller Central account and gives you access to four Brand Analytics reports through a single interface. Instead of navigating Seller Central's menus repeatedly for each ASIN, brand, or marketplace, you configure everything once and download together. The extension handles data aggregation automatically so you're not stuck merging CSV files afterward. ✓ Amazon's Search Query Performance What it tells you: This report shows how shoppers move from search to purchase for your products. It tracks the full funnel from impressions to clicks to cart adds to purchases, broken down by the specific search queries driving that activity. You can see which keywords bring traffic but don't convert, which ones actually drive sales, and how you stack up against competitors for the same terms. Use cases: • Identify high-impression, low-conversion keywords that need listing optimization • Find search terms where you're losing click share to competitors • Validate PPC keyword targeting against organic search performance • Track search visibility trends over time by ASIN or brand Extension capabilities: • Pull by ASINs or by Brands using the tab selector • Multi-marketplace selection with USA, UK, and Canada • Aggregation options for one consolidated file or one file per ASIN/brand • Weekly, monthly, or quarterly ranges with specific month selection ✓ Top Search Terms What it tells you: This report surfaces the search terms generating the most shopper activity on Amazon. It aggregates data from multiple sources to show you what customers are searching for, which products and brands capture those searches, and how search patterns shift over time. Unlike Search Query Performance which ties to your specific ASINs, this gives you visibility into broader market trends. Use cases: • Discover new keyword opportunities you're not currently targeting • Track seasonal search trends for inventory and advertising planning • Research which brands dominate specific search terms • Identify emerging product categories based on search volume growth Extension capabilities: • Filter by category (Advertising, Alexa) • Search for specific keywords (comma-separated input) • See top clicked products and brands for your terms • Weekly, monthly, or quarterly with month selection • Export to CSV or upload directly to Google Sheets ✓ Search Catalog Performance What it tells you: This report gives you a catalog-wide view of how your products perform in Amazon search results. It tracks impressions, clicks, add-to-cart actions, and purchases across your entire portfolio, helping you understand which items gain or lose visibility and how effectively your catalog converts search traffic into sales. Use cases: • Identify underperforming products that need listing or pricing adjustments • Track catalog health metrics over time to spot declining products early • Compare performance across brands within your portfolio • Measure impact of listing changes or A+ content updates Extension capabilities: • Aggregate all date ranges into one file instead of downloading separately • Filter by brand • Filter by top clicked products • Weekly, monthly, or quarterly with month selection ✓ Coupon Performance Report What it tells you: This report breaks down how your Amazon promotions actually perform. It shows redemption rates, revenue impact, and promotional efficiency across different coupon types, helping you understand which strategies drive profitable sales versus which ones just eat into margins. Use cases: • Analyze ROI across coupon types to optimize promotional spend • Compare Subscribe and Save performance against standard coupons • Identify which products benefit most from promotional pricing • Build historical data on promotional performance for seasonal planning Extension capabilities: • Filter by coupon type (Subscribe and Save, Reorder, Standard) • Filter by status (Running, Processed, Expired) • Date ranges from Last 7 days to Last 60 days, Month to Date, or custom • Search by coupon name • Aggregate all coupons into one file or separate files per coupon • Export to CSV or upload directly to Google Sheets ✦ How does this Extension Help?✦ → Downloading reports one ASIN at a time: Select all ASINs or brands and bulk download in a single session. → Repeating downloads for each marketplace: Multi-geo selection (USA, UK, Canada) for Search Query Performance pulls everything together. → Manually merging dozens of CSV files: Aggregation options consolidate data into one file automatically. → Limited date range control in Seller Central: Granular control with weekly, monthly, quarterly, plus specific month selection. → Reports disconnected from your workflow: Google Sheets export pushes data straight into your dashboards. → No pre-download filtering: Filter by category, brand, coupon type, and status before exporting. → Time wasted navigating Seller Central: All four Brand Analytics reports accessible from one unified interface.
