Futures trading journal extension — log trades from TradingView, sync with your FuturesLedger dashboard, and track performance. FuturesLedger Mini — Your Trading Journal, Built Into TradingView Stop switching between your charts and a spreadsheet. FuturesLedger Mini lives directly on your TradingView charts so you can log trades without ever leaving the screen. Every entry, every exit, every screenshot — captured in seconds and synced to your FuturesLedger dashboard. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ KEY FEATURES ▸ Automatic Trade Detection FuturesLedger Mini watches your TradingView order fill notifications in real time. When you enter a trade, it captures the symbol, side, size, and price automatically. When you exit, it matches the closing fill to your open entry and presents the completed trade for review — no manual data entry required. It handles multiple fill formats, extracts prices from chart elements when notifications don't include them, and deduplicates rapid-fire fills so nothing gets double-counted. ▸ Replay Mode Support Backtesting in TradingView's replay mode? FuturesLedger Mini detects when replay is active and monitors the replay trade table automatically. It captures entry screenshots when trades open, extracts full trade data (entry/exit prices, duration, P&L) from the replay table, and queues completed trades for submission. Your backtesting sessions get the same journaling treatment as your live trades. ▸ One-Click Chart Screenshots Capture your chart at entry and exit with a single click. Screenshots are taken directly from the TradingView canvas, uploaded securely, and attached to your trade record. When auto-detection is enabled, entry screenshots are captured automatically the moment a fill is detected. ▸ Complete Trade Logging Every trade record includes: • Contract (100+ futures contracts across indices, energy, metals, agriculture, currencies, and bonds) • Side (Long / Short) • Entry and exit prices with timestamps • Number of contracts • Live or backtesting mode • Entry and exit chart screenshots • Strategy tag from your playbook • Prop account assignment • Emotion tags and confidence level • Notes • Automatic P&L calculation ▸ Real-Time P&L Preview As you fill in entry and exit prices, FuturesLedger Mini calculates your profit or loss in real time using the contract's tick value and tick size. You see exactly where you stand before you submit. ▸ Multi-Account Prop Firm Logging Trading on multiple funded accounts? Select multiple prop accounts and log the same trade to all of them simultaneously. The extension shows your account name, firm, size, and status so you always know which accounts you're journaling to. ▸ Psychology & Emotion Tracking Tag every trade with how you felt. Choose from preset emotions (FOMO, Greed, Confident, Calm, Anxious, Stressed, Relief, Hope) or create your own custom tags. Rate your confidence on a 1–10 scale with a visual color-coded display. Over time, this data reveals the emotional patterns behind your wins and losses. ▸ Favorite Contracts Star the contracts you trade most frequently and they appear at the top of the selector. Search and filter across all available contracts by symbol or name, organized by category. ▸ Strategy Tagging Link trades to entries from your FuturesLedger playbook. Your active strategies appear in a dropdown so you can track which setups are performing and which need refinement. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BUILT-IN TOOLS ▸ Economic Calendar View the week's economic events directly in the extension. Events are grouped by date and show the release time, country, importance level (high / medium / low), prior value, forecast, and actual result — color-coded green or red based on whether the number beat or missed expectations. In replay mode, the calendar adjusts to show events for your backtesting date. ▸ Daily Market Outlook An AI-generated daily outlook is available each morning. It covers key themes, levels to watch, and context for the trading day — formatted in clean, readable sections right inside the extension panel. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DESIGNED TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY FuturesLedger Mini appears as a small floating button on TradingView. Click it to expand the full panel. Drag it anywhere on your screen. Toggle between dark and light mode to match your chart theme. Close it when you're focused on price action — it keeps working in the background, detecting your fills and holding pending entries until you're ready to review. The panel is compact (under 450px wide) and draggable so it never blocks your charts. Four tabs keep everything organized: Journal, Economics, Outlook, and Settings. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW IT WORKS 1. Install the extension and sign in with your FuturesLedger account 2. Open any chart on TradingView — the floating button appears automatically 3. Enable auto-detection (and optionally trade-replay) in Settings, or log trades manually 4. Review your performance, patterns, and psychology across all your trades ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY & SECURITY • Your data is stored securely via Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security) • Authentication tokens are stored in Chrome's local extension storage — never exposed to web pages • All network traffic uses HTTPS • The extension only runs on TradingView — it does not access any other websites • No browsing history, search data, or personal information is collected • Screenshots and Trade Replay videos are uploaded to private storage buckets accessible only to your account • Trade Replay recording is opt-in and only active for the trades you choose to record • Full privacy policy: https://futuresledger.com/privacy ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ REQUIREMENTS • A FuturesLedger account (free to create at futuresledger.com) • TradingView (free or paid plan) • Internet connection for cloud sync ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SUPPORT Questions or issues?
