Organize user-selected bookmarks, validate user-provided links and manage local download tasks. Bookmark Task Desk turns a selected Chrome bookmarks folder into a reviewable local task list. It helps you identify items, remove duplicates, confirm links, and keep download-related work organized in the browser. Features: • Select a Chrome bookmarks folder and optionally include subfolders. • Extract generic identifiers from bookmark titles and URLs. • Review recognized items, duplicates, hosts, labels, and local history before creating a task. • Create date-based task records and track pending, queued, pushed, completed, failed, and cancelled states. • Paste and validate standard magnet links that you are authorized to use. • Configure your own HTML/RSS or listing sources and parse standard magnet links from their results. • Copy confirmed links, export task reports, or send selected tasks to a locally configured external downloader such as Aria2 or Thunder. • Compare task items with local download records and maintain a local identifier library. • Keep settings, task records, and processing history in Chrome local storage. The extension does not include a third-party index directory, fixed-site adapters, remote JavaScript, or automatic downloads from bookmarks. It does not start an external download without a visible user action. Optional bookmark watching is disabled by default and only records new bookmark metadata after the user enables it. Use this extension only with bookmarks, links, and content that you are authorized to access and download.
