Smart form filling assistant that uses AI to automatically populate web forms with your personal data templates. FillOut Manager uses advanced AI (OpenAI GPT or Grok) to automatically fill out web forms with your personal information. Create reusable templates with your data and images, then let AI intelligently match and populate form fields on any website with a single click. ## What It Does - Smart Form Detection: Automatically detects forms on any website, including modern React/SPA applications - AI-Powered Field Mapping: Uses GPT-4 or Grok to intelligently match your personal data to form fields - Template Management: Create and manage multiple data templates for different purposes (job applications, contact forms, surveys, etc.) - File Upload Support: Store and automatically upload images, documents, and other files to appropriate form fields - One-Click Filling: Fill entire forms instantly with a single click from the browser popup ## How It Works 1. Setup Your Templates: Create data templates with your personal information, work history, contact details, and upload relevant files (resume, photos, etc.) 2. Browse Any Website: Navigate to any website with forms - job boards, contact pages, surveys, registration forms, etc. 3. Activate the Extension: Click the FillOut Manager icon in your browser toolbar and select the appropriate template 4. AI Does the Magic: The extension scans the page, sends form field information to your chosen AI provider (OpenAI or Grok), which intelligently matches your template data to the correct fields 5. Instant Results: Watch as the form fills automatically with your information, including file uploads where appropriate ### AI Intelligence Features - Context-Aware Matching: AI understands field context (e.g., "First Name" vs "Company Name") - Rich Text Handling: Automatically fills detailed text areas with appropriate content (cover letters, descriptions, etc.) - File Type Recognition: Matches the right files to upload fields based on context and captions - Confidence Scoring: Only fills fields where the AI is confident about the match (>70% confidence threshold) ## Perfect For - Job Applications: Auto-fill application forms with your resume data, cover letters, and portfolio images - Lead Generation Forms: Quickly complete contact forms and sign-ups across multiple websites - Survey Responses: Speed through surveys and questionnaires with pre-configured answers - Account Registration: Streamline new account creation with consistent personal information - Contact Forms: Automatically populate business inquiry and contact forms
