Spend tier badges (from Avg Client to Elite $$$ Spender) help you instantly gauge client reliability and budget. 📋 Job Activity Tab — Number of proposals submitted, invitations sent, unanswered invites, and interviewing count — all in a clean, scannable layout. Client timezone is surfaced prominently so you never miss a time zone mismatch. 🔍 Insights & History Tab — Deep-dives into the client's completed job history: identifies repeat freelancer hires, flags low feedback ratings (below 5.0 stars), and surfaces jobs completed without any feedback given.
