A persistent HackBar-style request bar for composing web requests outside Chrome's address bar. DevBar adds a compact request bar to the top of regular web pages after you click the extension icon. It is built for developers, bug bounty learners, and authorized security testing workflows where Chrome's address bar gets in the way while editing request URLs.
