Description
AI-powered development annotations for local development projects and HTML files Stop describing UI changes to your AI, just point at them. Pointa lets you click on any element in your local web app, leave visual feedback, and have your AI coding assistant (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf) implement the changes automatically. No more screenshots in Slack. No more “the button on the third row.” Just point, annotate, done. How it works: 1. Click any element on your localhost project 2. Leave a note — “make this bigger,” “fix this alignment,” “change this color” 3. Your AI assistant picks up the annotation and makes the change Bug reporting, built in: - One-click bug capture with automatic screenshots - Full timeline replay: console errors, network failures, user interactions - Your AI sees exactly what went wrong — and fixes it Design mode for pixel-perfect feedback: - Annotate spacing, colors, typography, layout - Visual markers stay pinned to elements as you scroll - Manage all your annotations in one place Works with your AI tools: - Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, and any MCP-compatible agent - Connects via the open MCP protocol — no vendor lock-in - Install the local server with one command: npx pointa-server 100% local & private. All data stays on your machine. No accounts. No cloud. No tracking. Works on localhost, 127.0.0.1, and local dev servers.
