Bounded Socials gives you a stopping point. Choose when you want to check your social and communication sites. During each social window, your first visit to an enabled site opens normally. The checklist remembers what you’ve already checked. If you return after that session ends—or open a site outside your windows—you get a calm pause with two immediate choices: Back to my day or Continue intentionally. CHOOSE WHAT YOU CHECK, AND WHEN Enable the sites that matter to you and set your own social windows. KEEP USEFUL CONNECTION Read a message, follow a link, refresh, or open another tab on the same site without repeated interruptions. Your site session stays open while at least one tab remains on that site. You can also skip a site without visiting it. NOTICE THE REPEAT A gentle pause shows your next window and today’s recorded active time. Return to your day, or continue deliberately when you have a reason. Both choices are available immediately. SEE YOUR DAY CLEARLY A private timeline shows when you visited. Recent history and active-time totals provide context without scores, streaks, or judgment. Active viewing time is separate from how long a site session stayed open. YOUR ACTIVITY STAYS IN CHROME No account. No extension analytics, advertising, or cloud sync. Settings, supported-site activity, and history are stored locally in your Chrome profile. The extension does not read your messages or posts, and it does not send your activity to the developer.
