Maxpanda is a user friendly work order management software. 100% web based & customizable for all your integrated facilities… Maxpanda Work Order Software delivers all the essential tools that a company needs to manage their maintenance productivity in a simple, affordable application. Maxpanda streamlines the process, reducing costs and time in the long run. Since it’s web-based, users can access it from anywhere, at anytime, also eliminating the need to invest in additional hardware and internal IT services. Beyond work order management, Maxpanda also includes integrated asset management, inventory management, predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance within their suite. Property Managers and Facility Directors can choose exactly how they would like to track their assets in real time. Maintenance related costs flow directly into the accounting package and users are alerted of the updates through push notifications. Customers can easily submit requests through any web-accessible browser, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks and requests are routed in a quick, routine fashion. Maintenance teams are able to provide their customers with faster response and an increased level of service defining their own SLA within the software. After a request has been submitted, approved by the Admin - it is then converted to a work order where users are notified by email about the status. Staff is also kept in the loop about a repair’s progress through email notifications. By automating communication, Maxpanda Work Order Software is able to bridge the gap between end users using web-based browsers, tablets and smartphones. Not sure which plan is right for you?
