Cross-check answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok, then turn conflicts into one clearer Final Meld. Check an AI answer before you trust it. AnswerMeld adds a read-only “Cross-check with multiple AIs” button below answers in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. Press it to review exactly which question, answer, and earlier conversation context will be checked in the Chrome Side Panel. HOW IT WORKS • Start directly below an AI answer, or ask a new question in the AnswerMeld Side Panel. • Review the captured question, answer, and earlier context before anything is sent. • Choose AnswerMeld AI or an available Frontier AI for the cross-check. • Follow the live review as multiple AIs examine facts, logic, missing context, and conflicting evidence. • Get one Final Meld that leads with a clear verdict, then explains the evidence and any correction. BUILT FOR USER CONTROL • AnswerMeld never types into or submits prompts on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok. • Earlier context can be excluded turn by turn before verification starts. • Local Meld history is bounded and can be deleted from Settings. • Product improvement analytics excludes questions, answers, conversation text, page URLs, email, authentication data, and raw errors, and can be turned off at any time. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • No AI-site cookies, passwords, or session tokens are read. • Model credentials stay on the server and are never included in the extension. • The extension contains no remotely hosted code and requests only the permissions needed for the Side Panel, settings, and user-initiated sign-in. Core guest and free experiences are available, with additional AnswerMeld AI and Frontier AI usage depending on the selected plan.
