WA Toolkit - Contacts Export & Bulk Sender

Description

Extract WhatsApp contacts to CSV/Excel/VCard and send bulk messages with personalization. All-in-one WhatsApp productivity tool. You have 300 WhatsApp contacts scattered across 12 groups. You need them all in a spreadsheet by end of day. Open WhatsApp Web. Start scrolling. Copy a name. Switch to Excel. Paste. Go back. Copy a number. Paste. Repeat 300 times. By contact 40, you are already making mistakes, missing numbers, pasting names in the wrong column. By contact 100, you have lost an hour and your patience. Now imagine you also need to send a follow-up message to each of those contacts. Personalized. With their name. One by one. That is another 3 hours of copy, paste, click, wait, repeat. This is the problem. WhatsApp has no export button. No "select all." No bulk send. Every contact interaction is manual, one at a time, by design. WHY CONTACT MANAGEMENT ON WHATSAPP IS SO PAINFUL WhatsApp was built for personal messaging, not business operations. But millions of small businesses, agencies, and freelancers use it as their primary communication channel. - No way to export contacts from groups, chats, or labels - No way to send the same message to multiple people without forwarding (which looks spammy) - No built-in CRM, no CSV export, no mail merge - WhatsApp Business API exists but requires technical setup, a server, and monthly fees starting at $100+ Most people end up doing it manually. Some hire virtual assistants to copy-paste contacts one by one. Others give up and use email instead, losing the 90%+ open rates that WhatsApp delivers. WA Toolkit solves both problems in one extension - extract contacts and send bulk messages - directly from WhatsApp Web, with no API, no server, no technical setup. WHAT THIS EXTENSION DOES WA Toolkit adds a side panel to WhatsApp Web with two modules: a Contact Extractor and a Bulk Message Sender. Everything runs locally in your browser. No data leaves your device. No spreadsheet formulas. No manual copy-pasting. No API keys. Here is what you get: CONTACT EXTRACTOR All Contacts view - See every contact in your WhatsApp with phone number, saved name, public name, business status, and blocked status. One click to load them all. Group extraction - Browse all your groups, select one or multiple, and extract every member with automatic deduplication across groups. A 200-person group takes about 3 seconds. Label extraction - For WhatsApp Business users, extract contacts organized by your custom labels. Search and filter - Type a name or number to instantly filter the contact list before exporting. Only export what you need. CSV export - Standard comma-separated format that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any CRM import tool. Phone numbers are formatted as text to prevent Excel from converting them to scientific notation. Excel export - Native .xlsx format with proper text formatting on phone number columns. VCard export - Standard .vcf format that you can import directly into your phone contacts or Google Contacts. Each contact becomes a proper contact card. 10 data fields per contact - phone_number, formatted_phone, saved_name, public_name, is_my_contact, is_business, is_blocked, labels, last_msg_time, source. The same depth of data that enterprise tools charge $50/month for. BULK MESSAGE SENDER Recipient import - Paste phone numbers directly, upload a CSV or Excel file with automatic phone column detection, or click "From Contacts" to use contacts you just extracted. Message personalization - Use {name} to insert each recipient's name automatically. If you uploaded a CSV with custom columns like {city} or {order_id}, those work too. Attachment support - Attach one image, video, or document to send with every message in your campaign. Anti-ban protection - Configurable random delays between messages (default 8-15 seconds), batch pausing after every N messages (default 10), and longer pauses between batches (default 60 seconds). These defaults are chosen to mimic natural human messaging patterns. Pause, resume, stop - Full control over your campaign at any time. Pause to check results, resume when ready, or stop completely. Real-time progress - See exactly how many messages were sent, failed, or skipped, with a live ETA for completion. Send report - Download a CSV report with every recipient's phone, name, status (sent/failed/skipped), and error details. Know exactly what happened. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open WhatsApp Web at web.whatsapp.com and scan the QR code with your phone 2. Click the blue floating button that appears in the bottom-right corner 3. The WA Toolkit side panel opens with two tabs: Contacts and Sender 4. In the Contacts tab, click All, Groups, or Labels to load contacts 5. Click Export to download as CSV, Excel, or VCard 6. In the Sender tab, add recipients, compose your message, and click Start Sending That is it. From zero to exported contacts in under 30 seconds. From zero to bulk campaign in under 2 minutes. THE EXTRACT-THEN-SEND WORKFLOW Most tools make you choose: either extract contacts or send messages. Different extensions, different workflows, different data formats. WA Toolkit connects both. After extracting contacts from a group, a "Send to these contacts" button appears. Click it, and all extracted phone numbers are loaded into the Sender tab. Write your message, set your delays, and start sending. One extension. One workflow. Extract 200 contacts from your "Clients 2024" group and send them a holiday greeting - all in under 5 minutes. REAL SCENARIOS WHERE THIS HELPS Quarterly client outreach: You run a service business with 150 clients across 4 WhatsApp groups. Extract all members, deduplicate (some are in multiple groups), and send a personalized update about new services. Without this tool, that is 6+ hours of manual work. With it, about 25 minutes including the batch delays. Event follow-up: You hosted a workshop with 80 attendees. You have them in a WhatsApp group. Extract all members to a CSV for your CRM, then send each one a personalized "thank you for attending" message with a feedback link. Contact backup: Your phone dies. Your WhatsApp contacts are gone. With WA Toolkit, you can export your entire contact list to a VCard file from WhatsApp Web and import it into a new phone in minutes. Lead qualification: You are in 10 industry groups with thousands of members. Extract all members, filter by country code, identify which ones are business accounts, and build a targeted outreach list. Team coordination: You manage a distributed team across 5 WhatsApp groups. Send the same Monday morning update to all groups without forwarding the same message 5 times. Supplier communication: You source from 30 suppliers. Send a bulk price inquiry to all of them with personalized product names from your CSV.
