PollyPolly is an AI web and PDF translator that keeps translations beside the content you are reading. Translate selected text, full web pages, image text, scanned PDFs, and accessible video captions without copying content into another tab. Translate full web pages Open the Polly launcher when you want to translate readable page text in place. Translate selected text Highlight a word, phrase, sentence, or paragraph, then open the nearby Polly button. The translation appears in a compact popover beside the source. Single-word translation can use the surrounding sentence for context when it is available. Translate text inside images Right-click an eligible webpage image and choose the Polly translation action. OCR detects readable text, PollyPolly renders a translated image, and the same menu lets you restore the original. Images are processed only after your explicit action. Translate text-based and scanned PDFs Open or upload a PDF, choose the pages you need, and compare the original with the translated result. PollyPolly uses the PDF text layer when it is available and OCR for scanned or image-based pages. Translate accessible video captions Translate captions exposed by supported video pages. PollyPolly does not transcribe videos that provide no accessible captions. Free to start Start without a credit card or signup. Usage limits depend on your plan. Important limits Chrome internal pages, protected pages, and other restricted surfaces cannot run normal extension content scripts. OCR accuracy depends on image and scan quality. Complex PDF layouts and decorative text may not reproduce perfectly.
