Detailed description Media Time Jump & Loop adds a small clock icon next to any video you're watching. Click it to: Jump straight to a timestamp Mark a Start and End point and loop that section on repeat Set a repeat count (loop 5 times, 10 times, or forever) Save named loops per page so you can reload them later See the current playback time at a glance, even if the site's own controls are hidden On YouTube, the icon sits right in the native player controls. On other sites, it floats over the corner of the video. Category Productivity (or: Tools) Permission justification (Chrome will ask for this during review) "host_permissions: <all_urls>" — This extension only works if it can detect and interact with the <video> element on whatever page the user is currently watching. Since users may want to loop or jump within a video on any website (not just one specific site), the extension needs to run its content script on all pages to find video elements. It does not read, collect, or transmit any page content — it only reads the video element's own playback properties (currentTime, duration) to provide the timestamp/loop feature, and stores loop data in the browser's local storage on the user's own device. Privacy policy (host this on any simple webpage — e.g. a GitHub Pages / Gist — and paste the URL into the "Privacy policy" field in the dashboard) This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any server. All data (saved loops) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage and never leaves your device. The extension does not use analytics, tracking, or third-party services.
