WA Kanban AI turns your WhatsApp Web conversations into an organized Kanban board. Open any chat or group in WhatsApp Web, choose how far back to read, and the extension reads those messages locally in your browser. Using your own API key from Anthropic or OpenAI, it turns the conversation into clear, structured tasks. Every task includes a title, a description, the original source message it came from, any attachments, and step-by-step implementation instructions you can hand to a developer or paste into an AI assistant. Tasks land on a Kanban board stored locally on your device, with five columns: Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Review and Done. Drag cards between columns, add your own tasks by hand, and keep a complete move history of everything that has happened on the board. What you can do: Read the messages of any open WhatsApp Web chat or group, going back as far as you choose. Generate tasks with your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key, so you stay fully in control of your AI usage and costs. Get rich task cards with a title, description, the original message, attachments, and ready-to-use implementation instructions. Keep unlimited boards on your device, with drag-and-drop columns and a full activity log. Add manual tasks alongside the ones generated for you. Copy any task as clean text to paste into the AI tool of your choice. Privacy first. Your messages and your API key stay in your browser.
