Description
AI-powered NHS bank shift monitoring and booking assistant SwiftShift AI is a Chrome extension that helps NHS bank staff automatically find and book available shifts on Allocate Cloud (Loop), faster than any human can click. **YOU CAN ONLY INSTALL AND USE THE EXTENSION ON A LAPTOP OR COMPUTER.** Your first booking is completely free. After that, choose what suits you: stay on free text notifications, pay £8.99 per shift booked, or go Premium for unlimited booking. No commitment. **HOW IT WORKS** Install the extension on your laptop or computer. Then open Loop and go to the Available Bank Duties page. Once on Loop's Available Bank Duties page, open the SwiftShift AI extension from the top-right corner of your Chrome browser. Log in, verify your mobile number, then set your preferred wards, shift types, and dates. Click "Start Scanning", and SwiftShift AI does the rest. That's it. While other staff are manually refreshing the page, SwiftShift AI is already booking the shift for you. **IMPORTANT: SwiftShift AI scans from your own computer, so your laptop or computer must stay switched on (and not asleep) with the Loop tab open for scanning to continue. If your computer shuts down or goes to sleep, scanning pauses until you start it again.** **FREE NOTIFICATIONS PLAN** Don't want to pay, or not ready to? Switch on the free Notifications plan instead. SwiftShift keeps watching Loop for you and sends you a text the moment a shift matching your wards, shift types and dates is posted. You then book it yourself on Loop. It's free forever, no card needed, with 10 alerts a month. On this plan SwiftShift won't book anything for you. It tells you, you book it. If you'd rather it did the booking automatically, buy a credit or go Premium at any time. **HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?** This is the most important thing to understand, so you know what to expect. SwiftShift AI does not create shifts. It books the ones your trust releases. How quickly you get one depends entirely on how often shifts appear at the wards you've chosen, and that is completely outside anyone's control. Some wards release shifts several times a day. Others may go days without a single one. So booking can be near instant, or it can take hours, or several days. That's normal, and it doesn't mean anything is wrong. The key is to leave SwiftShift AI running. The longer it scans, the more likely it is to catch a shift the moment one drops. Many shifts are released at unpredictable times, including overnight, which is exactly when having SwiftShift running for you pays off. Here is the honest promise, and the honest limit: If shifts **are** released at your chosen wards, SwiftShift AI will book one for you, and it will get there before anyone refreshing by hand, because it acts in milliseconds. That part is guaranteed. If shifts are **never** released at your chosen wards during the time you're scanning, because none exist, or that ward simply isn't putting any out, then there is nothing for SwiftShift (or anyone) to book. No tool can book a shift that was never posted. So if you're finding it slow: widen your wards, dates, and shift types to give SwiftShift more chances to catch something, and leave it running for longer. The more availability there is, and the longer you scan, the sooner it lands you a shift. Patience plus broad preferences is how you win. **KEY FEATURES** - Scans and books matching shifts in milliseconds, before anyone else - Free Notifications plan: get a text when your shift is posted and book it yourself - Filter by ward, shift type (night, long day, early, late, mid, plus your trust's own custom shift codes), and date range - Pick specific dates or a full date range - SMS notifications sent to your phone the moment a shift is booked - Real time activity log so you always know what's happening - Premium: continuous auto booking to fill your entire roster automatically, works 24/7, even while you sleep, eat, or work another shift (as long as your computer stays on) **PRICING** - First booking free.
