Third-party tools require you to leave TikTok, paste usernames into separate websites, and wait for results — breaking your research flow. Snowball works differently. It lives inside TikTok. As you scroll, search, and browse, it quietly analyzes and organizes the social media content in real time. No extra tabs. No context switching. No rate limits from external APIs. Here's what makes it valuable: For Creators: - Study top performers in your niche without leaving TikTok - Understand posting frequency patterns that correlate with growth - See engagement rates that TikTok doesn't show publicly - Identify what content categories drive the most views for any creator - Spot virality patterns — is a creator consistently performing, or riding one lucky video? For Brands & Marketers: - Evaluate influencer partnerships with real engagement data, not just follower counts - Research keywords to understand what content formats and creator sizes dominate any topic - See how fresh search results are to gauge trend momentum - Compare creators side-by-side using median metrics (more reliable than averages) PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN All data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. Snowball reads data from TikTok API responses that are already being sent to your browser — it does not make additional requests to access anything beyond what you would normally see. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install the extension and visit TikTok.com 2. Browse normally — visit profiles, search keywords, scroll your For You Page 3. Snowball automatically analyzes and organizes the data TikTok sends to your browser 4. View real-time analytics in the side panel on profile and search pages 5. Check the extension dashboard for a full overview of everything you've collected 6. Optionally connect your Snowball account to export data for deeper analysis
