Everything you saved in Simple FAQ is exactly where you left it. The name is built around ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), the shortcut that opens search from anywhere in the app. Knackle also has a home on the web now: https://knackle.app FIND ANY ANSWER IN SECONDS - Hit ⌘K (Ctrl+K) for the command palette — search answers, jump to a category, create a new entry or import a CSV without touching your mouse. - Press / anywhere to jump to search. Matching answers appear as you type. - Favourites and Recently used keep your daily answers one click away. - The Home dashboard shows your whole answer bank at a glance — every category, every count, and anything that needs attention. COPY, PASTE, DONE - Every answer has a Copy button — paste straight into Gmail, Slack, your help desk, anywhere you type. - Keep formatting when you want it: bullets, bold and links copy as rich text. - Internal notes ("staff only") travel with an answer but are never copied out, so they can't end up in front of a customer.
