Fast, reliable launcher for your Microsoft My Apps portal. Search, favourite, and open your assigned apps from the toolbar. My Apps Launcher (TIFI) is a fast launcher for the apps your organisation assigns you in Microsoft's "My Apps" portal (myapplications.microsoft.com). Hopefully the first of a collection of "There I Fixed It" (TIFI) components. It is built as a replacement for Microsoft's official "My Apps Secure Sign-in" extension, whose popup search never worked properly. WHAT IT DOES • One click on the toolbar shows all the apps assigned to you. • Type to instantly filter the list, ↑ and ↓ to change the selected item in the list; press Enter to open the current item. • Click any app to launch it with single sign-on, just like the portal. • Star your favourites to pin them to the top. • A "Recent" section automatically surfaces the apps you use most. • Sign in with the normal Microsoft login when your session expires; a Logout button lets you switch accounts. HOW IT WORKS (AND YOUR PRIVACY) The My Apps portal loads your app tiles from a private, token-protected Microsoft endpoint, so this extension reads your list from the portal itself using your existing signed-in browser session. It never asks for or handles your password. Your app list, usage history, favourites, and settings are stored ONLY in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to the developer or to any third-party server. TRANSPARENCY Open Settings (the gear icon) to see what is stored, including your app list, tenant ID, usage history, and the raw data. You can also clear any of it at any time, including history, cached apps, or everything at once.
