Fix text typed with the wrong keyboard layout. 🚀 Stop Retyping. Start Fixing. 😩 Ever spent a full minute typing a masterpiece, only to look up and see "hgsghl ugd;l" instead of "السلام عليكم"? Or typed "ghbdtn" when you meant "привет"? We've all been there. Instead of hitting backspace in frustration, let "Oops, Wrong Layout" do the heavy lifting. This lightweight extension instantly converts your garbled text into the language you actually meant to type — right where you are. ✨ WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT 🧠 Smart Auto-Detection: Just select and fix — the extension automatically figures out which direction to convert. No need to choose "Arabic→English" or "English→Arabic" manually. ⚡ Instant Conversion: Select your text, right-click, and boom — fixed. ⌨️ Power-User Speed: One shortcut does it all: Ctrl+Shift+1 detects and fixes in the right direction automatically. 🌍 3 Language Pairs: Arabic ↔ English, Russian ↔ English, and Hebrew ↔ English — switch between them in one click from the popup. 🌐 Works Everywhere: From Gmail and WhatsApp Web to complex CMS editors and simple search bars. 📋 Works Even After Sending: Already sent the garbled message? Select it, fix it — the corrected text is copied to your clipboard instantly with a confirmation, ready to paste. ↩️ Safety Net: Includes full Undo support in editable fields. If you change your mind, just Ctrl+Z. 👀 Passive Detection (optional): Turn it on in the popup and the extension quietly watches as you type, detecting when you've switched to the wrong language and alerting you before you notice yourself. The moment it spots text typed in the wrong layout, a small "Did you mean…?" suggestion appears — one click fixes the whole field, with an optional sound cue. Off by default, and it only asks for extra page access if you turn it on. 🔒 Zero-Trust Privacy: Your data stays on your machine. This extension works 100% offline. No tracking, no cloud, no leaks. 📝 RELEASE NOTES v1.2 — Initial public release. v1.3 — Language badge on the toolbar icon. v1.4 — Fix a whole field without selecting: press the shortcut with nothing selected to convert the entire focused input. Also flags a missing keyboard shortcut with an "ERR" toolbar badge and a set/change link in the popup. v1.5 — New optional Passive Detection: quietly watches editable fields as you type, detects the moment you've typed in the wrong language, and alerts you with a fix suggestion, plus an optional sound cue. Off by default — enabling it asks for one-time page access, and everything still stays on your device. ⚠️ NOTICES Whole-field replacement (fixing an entire input without selecting text first) may not work on some sites that use custom input handling, such as WhatsApp Web. If that happens, just select the text manually and use the shortcut or right-click menu instead.
