Full-page scrolling screenshots saved as PNG. Capture full-page scrolling screenshots with one click. ScreenSnapShot automatically scrolls through the entire page, captures every viewport, and stitches them together into a single seamless image — all 100% locally in your browser. No uploads. No accounts. No tracking. Your screenshots never leave your device. ★ HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the ScreenSnapShot icon in your Chrome toolbar 2. The extension auto-scrolls and captures every pixel of the page 3. Copy to clipboard, save as PNG, export as PDF, or open in the built-in editor That's it. One click, full page, done. ★ FREE FEATURES ✓ Full-page scrolling capture — works on pages of any length ✓ Smart header handling — automatically hides fixed/sticky headers after the first viewport so they don't repeat in your screenshot ✓ Copy to clipboard — paste directly into Slack, Figma, Google Docs, email, or any app ✓ Retina/HiDPI support — captures at your device's actual pixel resolution for crisp, full-resolution screenshots ✓ 100% local processing — no data ever leaves your browser ★ PRO FEATURES (one-time purchase — not a subscription) ✓ Save as PNG — lossless full-resolution image export ✓ Save as PDF — perfect for printing, documentation, and archiving ✓ Built-in editor — crop, draw rectangle annotations, customize colors and stroke widths, zoom and pan across large screenshots Pay once, use forever. All future updates included. ★ PRIVACY FIRST ScreenSnapShot is built with privacy as a core principle, not an afterthought: ✗ No screenshots uploaded to any server — ever ✗ No analytics, telemetry, or tracking of any kind ✗ No user accounts, sign-ups, or email collection ✗ No cookies set by the extension ✗ No browsing history accessed or stored All screenshot capture, stitching, editing, and export happens entirely within your browser's memory. When you close the extension, the data is gone. The only thing stored is a simple paid/unpaid flag for Pro purchases, managed securely by Stripe. Screenshots of sensitive content — banking, medical records, internal company tools — stay on your machine where they belong. ★ PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED We believe you deserve to know exactly why each permission is needed: • Active Tab — accesses the current tab only when you click the extension icon, to measure the page and capture viewports • Scripting — injects a small script to scroll the page and hide sticky headers during capture (removed automatically after) • Downloads — saves your screenshot as PNG or PDF via Chrome's standard download system • Offscreen — provides the Canvas API needed to stitch viewport images together (Chrome service workers can't access Canvas directly) • Storage — stores your Pro purchase status locally (paid/unpaid flag only) ★ WHO IS IT FOR? • Developers — capture full-page screenshots for bug reports, documentation, and QA • Designers — screenshot entire page designs for review, comparison, and portfolios • Content creators — save articles, social media pages, and web content for reference • QA testers — document visual bugs and page states across viewports • Documentation writers — generate full-page screenshots for guides and tutorials • Anyone who has ever tried to screenshot a long webpage and given up ★ WHY SCREENSNAPSHOT? Unlike cloud-based screenshot tools, ScreenSnapShot processes everything locally: • No uploads — your screenshots never leave your device • No accounts — no sign-up, no login, no email required • No latency — instant capture without waiting for server processing • No privacy risk — sensitive pages stay on your machine • Works offline — after installation, no internet needed for capture and copy Built with vanilla JavaScript. Zero external dependencies. No CDNs, no tracking scripts, no bloat. ★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Is ScreenSnapShot really free? A: Yes.
