Description
Bulk message sender for WhatsApp Web — personalization, delays, batching, number filter and Excel reports. WA Mitra is a free WhatsApp bulk message sender that runs directly on WhatsApp Web — no API, no monthly gateway fees, no third-party server. Add numbers by hand, paste a list, or import an Excel or CSV file, write one personalized message, and WA Mitra sends it to every recipient one at a time. Most bulk senders help you send fast. WA Mitra is built to help you send without getting your number banned. It varies the wording of every message, paces itself with random delays and batch rests, holds the queue outside your chosen sending hours, enforces a daily limit, and scores your settings before you press send — so you can see the risk instead of finding out afterwards. The WhatsApp number filter, which most tools charge for, is included free. Everything stays on your computer. There is no account, no server, and no telemetry. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Ban-risk meter — scores your delay, batching, volume and message settings before you send, and tells you exactly what to fix • Spintax — write {Hi|Hello|Namaste} and every recipient gets a different variant, so hundreds of chats never carry identical text • Free WhatsApp number filter — opens each chat once without sending anything, and marks the numbers that are not reachable so you never waste a send on them • Daily limit and sending hours — the queue stops at your cap and holds overnight instead of messaging people at 3am • Warm-up guidance built in for numbers that are new FEATURES • Bulk sender for text, images, video and documents • Import from Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, or paste any list — commas, newlines, or a two-column copy straight out of a spreadsheet • Personalization with {name}, {phone} and any column from your file • Works with local number formats for 48 countries — type 07911 123456 with the UK selected and it becomes a valid international number, leading zero and all • Random delay range, batch size and batch rest, all adjustable • Skips invalid, unregistered and blocked numbers automatically and keeps going • Saved message templates • WhatsApp formatting: bold, italic, strikethrough, monospace, and emoji • Live progress — sent, failed, remaining — with a timestamped activity log • Delivery report as Excel or CSV, including the exact text each person received • Stop and resume a run without losing your place • Light and dark theme HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in at web.whatsapp.com once, in this browser 2. Open WA Mitra from the toolbar — it opens in Chrome's side panel 3. Add your numbers, or import your Excel/CSV file 4. Optionally run the number filter to find unreachable numbers first 5. Write your message, add {name}, set your pacing 6. Press Send and watch the live progress WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • No account, no sign-up, no licence server • No analytics, telemetry or crash reporting • Does not read your WhatsApp chats, contacts or media • Sends nothing to any server — the extension makes no network requests of its own • Only runs on web.whatsapp.com and cannot touch any other website IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ WA Mitra automates your own WhatsApp Web session. Automated bulk messaging is against the WhatsApp Terms of Service, and a number used this way can be restricted or banned. No tool can prevent that, and any tool claiming otherwise is not being straight with you — the strongest ban trigger is a recipient pressing "Report", which no software can stop. What actually protects you is who you message. Send only to people who have agreed to hear from you, warm up a new number over two to three weeks before sending volume, keep your daily numbers modest, and leave the pacing defaults alone unless you have a reason. WA Mitra's safety features reduce the risk. They do not remove it. WA Mitra is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
