Scans Shopify stores for apps, themes, best sellers, and website performance signals. Shopify Stack Detector helps merchants, agencies, developers, and ecommerce researchers understand the public Shopify stack behind a storefront while they browse. The extension automatically checks pages for Shopify signals and shows a compact summary of what it can detect from public storefront data, including the store theme, visible app signals, website category, confidence scores, and best-selling products when available. Main features: - Detects Shopify storefronts on custom domains - Shows theme name and free/paid/custom/unknown classification - Finds visible Shopify app signals across reviews, email/SMS, subscriptions, support, page builders, cart recovery, and more - Displays confidence scores so results are treated as best-effort signals, not absolute claims - Shows best-selling products from Shopify’s public storefront products endpoint when available - Provides quick links to relevant theme, app, and service resources Privacy: The extension reads public storefront content only. It does not read passwords, cookies, form values, checkout data, auth tokens, or private Shopify admin data. Limited analytics may be sent for install, popup open, rescan, and CTA click events, as described in the privacy policy.
