WHAT IT DOES - Fills contact details, links, location and work history on supported applicant-tracking systems and company career sites. - Learns as you go: a response you type can be saved to your profile and offered on a later form, so you do not start from zero each time. - Drafts screening responses: open-ended questions use evidence from your profile and public facts about the role, then appear for you to edit. Protected questions are excluded. - Attaches the right files: the tailored resume and matching cover letter when available. A recent, company-level or master fallback is clearly labeled and requires confirmation first. - Keeps an accurate tracker: starting the fill creates one entry. Its status changes to applied only after your real final-submit action and a confirmation state, so unfinished work is not recorded as submitted. PRIVACY: SCOPED PERMISSIONS, NOT EVERY PAGE The extension does not request access to every website you visit. It runs on a scoped set of career portals and on individual sites you explicitly add. It has no cookies permission and no webRequest permission. Locally saved entries remain on your device. With a connected account, synced details and saved search data go only to our service over HTTPS. A limited, revocable connection credential restores your session after Chrome restarts; your password is never stored. If a site is not already supported, the popup offers "Add this application portal" and requests access only to the current hostname. Nothing runs there until you approve it, and you can remove access later in Settings.
