When a gap opens up, you get a notification with a targeted neck and back exercise — timed to your actual schedule, not a generic reminder. Built for office workers who finish every workday physically wrecked from back-to-back meetings. Features: - Detects calendar gaps ≥ 10 minutes automatically - Sends a notification at the exact right moment - Shows a simple instruction card — read it, do it, tap Done - Posture nudge available anytime from the toolbar
