Smart SuiteCRM productivity tools — floating toolbar, notes, address lookup, spellcheck, and more. Boost your CRM productivity with a floating toolbar, smart form helpers, notes, and local spellcheck—built for SuiteCRM and agent desktop workflows. **🔧 KEY FEATURES:** • **Floating Tools Widget** – Quick tools in the corner: copy date/URL/phone, search or create customer, enhanced dropdown search, KB Chat, Notes, and more • **Pinned Bubbles** – Pin favorite tools as floating icon buttons with clear click feedback • **Smart Call Dependency Automation** – Learn Category/Action from Call Reason and auto-fill next time • **Enhanced Model Search** – Instant filter on model/product dropdowns (partial match, dashes optional) • **Address Lookup** – Typeahead for street → City / State / ZIP on customer forms (OpenStreetMap) • **Email Domain Suggest** – Type @ anywhere for Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, and other common domains • **Notes / Transcript** – Floating notepad with copy/paste, history, and optional voice dictation • **Local Spellcheck** – Grammarly-style fixes on text fields (click to apply; Fix all / Undo); dictionary runs in your browser • **Full Settings Popup** – Click the extension icon for features, pins, shortcuts, and automation—not a tiny stub menu • **Phone tools with safe defaults** – Copy Phone stays available; auto-fill and auto-search are OFF by default **⚡ PRODUCTIVITY BOOST:** **Call field learning:** Select a Call Reason once with its Category and Action. The extension remembers the combination and auto-fills next time—no complex setup. **Smarter dropdowns:** Type part of a model number (e.g. DMX47S) and jump straight to the match instead of scrolling forever. **Customer workflow:** Search or open New Customer from Brightpattern or CRM; choose same-tab or new-tab in settings. Paste a full address and pick a suggestion to fill city/state/ZIP without fighting broken Maps autocomplete. **Notes + spelling:** Dictate or type call notes in a floating panel, save history, then use local spellcheck (including Fix all) without sending text to a cloud writing service. **🎯 PERFECT FOR:** • SuiteCRM support teams handling high call volumes • Agents who want pin-able shortcuts next to the main tool button • Users tired of manual dependent field picks and long dropdowns • Teams that need quick date/URL/phone helpers for documentation • Anyone who wants notes and spellcheck that stay local by default **🔒 PRIVACY FOCUSED:** • No account signup and no analytics backend from this extension • Settings, pins, learned mappings, and note history stay in your browser storage • Spellcheck uses a bundled local dictionary (no cloud grammar API) • Optional network only when you use Address Lookup (OpenStreetMap Nominatim) • Voice notes use the browser speech API only when you start dictation **✨ SMART FEATURES:** • **Learned mapping** for call reason → category/action • **Pin / unpin** tools from the widget or Settings • **Same-tab vs new-tab** for Search Customer and New Customer • **Toast / visual feedback** on tools and pinned bubbles • **Feature toggles** so teams can turn off what they don’t want • **Optional Galaga** mini-game from the toolbar if enabled (purely local fun) **INSTALLATION:** Install, open your SuiteCRM or agent desktop site, and use the floating tool button (bottom-right). Open full configuration anytime from the extension icon. **WHAT'S NEW (v1.2.5):** • Pinned tool bubbles + click confirmation • Settings UI as the Chrome popup • Address typeahead and email @ domain suggestions • Notes/transcript with history • Local spellcheck on fields (Fix all / Undo) • Phone auto-paste and auto-search default off (manual tools still on) • Optional pixel Galaga tool
