Description
Copy text from any image, screenshot tables to Excel — select an area or right-click. 100% offline OCR, nothing leaves your device. Copy text from anything you can see — and turn screenshot tables into spreadsheets. Draw a box over any part of a page — an image, a video frame, a chart, a page that blocks text selection — and ShotMagic reads the text on your device and puts it on your clipboard. Nothing is uploaded. Ever. HOW IT WORKS 1. Press Alt+Shift+S (Option+Shift+S on Mac) or click the toolbar icon 2. Drag over the text you want 3. Paste anywhere — it's already on your clipboard TABLES TO EXCEL Switch to table mode and capture any table you can see — a legacy ERP screen, a report, a dashboard. Rows and columns are rebuilt on your device; copy as TSV or export to Excel / CSV. SELECT TEXT INSIDE IMAGES Right-click a picture and choose "Extract text from image". The words become selectable in place — like Live Text, right in your browser. ANNOTATE & REDACT Every capture opens a lightweight annotation bar — draw boxes, arrows and freehand pen, add a highlighter or text, and mosaic over anything private before you share. Copy the marked-up image or download it as a PNG. Nothing is uploaded. WHY SHOTMAGIC - 100% on-device OCR — the recognition engine ships inside the extension and runs in your browser.
