Send Fireberry ticket without the need to upload a file

Description

Sends default content for file in fireberry ticket form When user wishes to open a ticket on Fireberry website (link https://pages.fireberry.com/ticket-form), this system requires the user to upload a file, although in most cases, this is not necessary. Users who Use this extension, will see a default text file (not a real one, this extension doesn't create any content on the user's device) with the string "No real content" inside it, for the file uploading section. Of course, when users wish to add a file to the ticket, they can do it regularly. This extension does not create anything on the user's file system.
