Auto-generate professional invoices for your Cardmarket orders 🗂️ BULK EXPORT | 🧾 SMART TAX LOGIC / SMALLBUISSNESS | 📄 E-INVOICE READY (PDF+XML) EN 16918 - Konform | 🔒 GDPR / DPA COMPLIANT | 🇩🇪 FRANKFURT SERVER | 🗣️ DE · EN · FR · ES · IT · NL -> more coming! ↓ ↓ ↓ TEXT IN DEUTSCH IST WEITER UNTEN ↓ ↓ ↓ JelllyBill is currently in beta. Paid plans and checkout are rolling out step by step — the Free tier works fully locally with just an account required. The first 20–30 users get the Trader plan free for 3 months. Turn every Cardmarket order into a ready-to-send PDF invoice — without copy-pasting, without spreadsheets, without accounting software. JelllyBill is a browser extension built specifically for Cardmarket sellers. Open any completed order page, click JelllyBill in the side panel or use the button on the order page, and your invoice is ready in seconds. Every PDF includes an e-invoice embedded directly in the file (EN 16931 / ZUGFeRD-Factur-X compliant). ──────────────────────────────────── HOW IT WORKS ──────────────────────────────────── 1. Open a completed Cardmarket order in your browser. 2. Click JelllyBill in the side panel or use the button on the order page. 3. Review the items, buyer details, shipping, and totals. 4. Download your PDF invoice — done. JelllyBill automatically reads product names, quantities, prices, shipping costs, and the buyer's address from the order page. You set up your business details once. And JelllyBill reuses them on every invoice from that point forward. From the Seller plan, you can optionally sync your profile and invoices to your JelllyBill account and use the web dashboard. Cloud sync is on by default and can be turned off anytime under Cloud & Privacy or in the SidePanel. ──────────────────────────────────── WHY SELLERS USE JelllyBill ──────────────────────────────────── ► Saves time No more manually copying order data into Word, Excel, or any other tool. JelllyBill reads the order page for you — single orders or bulk invoicing for many orders at once. ► Looks professional Clean, well-structured invoice layouts with your logo, invoice numbers, and payment instructions. Your customers get clear PDFs — and your records stay tidy. ► Scales with you Works equally well for hobby sellers who ship a few cards a week and for high-volume shops that invoice every single day. Plans are based on your gross Cardmarket revenue per calendar month — not invoice count. ► Stays organized Invoice numbers and your seller profile are stored in one place — locally on your device, or optionally in the cloud from the Seller plan. ► Built specifically for Cardmarket JelllyBill understands real Cardmarket order pages — it's not a generic template you have to fill in yourself. ► E-invoice in every PDF Structured e-invoice data is embedded directly in your PDF on your device — in all plans, with or without cloud sync. ► Smart tax handling German Kleinunternehmer (small business) rules and standard VAT. B2B, domestic, and EU B2C contexts are detected automatically — with the correct legal notice on the invoice. ► Cloud sync (optional, from Seller) Sign in at jelllybill.com to sync your profile and invoices across devices. With sync enabled, data is stored exclusively in Germany (Frankfurt). Sync off or Free: everything stays on your device only. ──────────────────────────────────── WHAT YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE ──────────────────────────────────── ► Your logo and full company details ► Invoice numbering format and starting number ► Tax settings (including small-business / Kleinunternehmerregelung) ► Payment instructions and bank details ► Interface language: German or English ► Appearance: light or dark mode ► Cloud & Privacy toggle (Seller+): sync on or off anytime ► PDF templates: 2 (Free), 5 (Seller), all templates (Trader and Grader) ► Cancellations, partial corrections, and supplemental payments (Storno, Teilstorno, Nachzahlung) ──────────────────────────────────── PLANS & LIMITS ──────────────────────────────────── Every plan is based on your gross Cardmarket revenue per calendar month — not how many invoices you create. ► Free — €0/month — up to €200 revenue/month Fully local, no account required. E-invoice in PDF. Bulk invoicing. "Powered by JelllyBill" watermark on PDFs. ► Seller — €4.90/month — up to €700 revenue/month No watermark. Optional cloud sync (on by default). It needs permission to read the order page you have open so it can build the invoice from that data. Without cloud sync (Free plan or sync turned off), your profile and invoices stay on your device only. With cloud sync enabled, invoice data is stored exclusively in Germany (Frankfurt), with privacy under GDPR. We do not sell your order data or use it for advertising. Details: jelllybill.com/en/privacy-policy ──────────────────────────────────── GET STARTED ──────────────────────────────────── Install JelllyBill from the Chrome Web Store. Click the extension icon and open Settings. Enter your business details once (name, address, tax ID, bank info). Open any completed Cardmarket order and generate your first invoice. Optional: create a JelllyBill account and choose a paid plan when you need cloud sync, more revenue allowance, or sevDesk export. Questions or feedback? Visit jelllybill.com — we're happy to help. ──────────────────────────────────── INTEGRATIONS (SEVDESK & MORE) ──────────────────────────────────── ► sevDesk (Grader plan) Connect your sevDesk API token in the JelllyBill dashboard. Invoices can be pushed to sevDesk as drafts — manually or automatically after you create an invoice in the extension. Your API token is stored encrypted on our server, never in the extension. Current limitations (v1): cancellations and partial corrections are not pushed automatically yet. Invoices arrive as drafts in sevDesk, not sent by email. ► Planned Lexware integration, e-invoice send/receive, and more automations — based on what active sellers actually need. ──────────────────────────────────── ROADMAP & COMMUNITY FEEDBACK ──────────────────────────────────── JelllyBill is built "by Cardmarket sellers, for Cardmarket sellers".
