Dim each website with a 0–100% brightness slider and presets. Remembers your settings on this device. Chrome Brightness Reducer Extension lets you dim each website to a comfortable level directly from the toolbar. Adjust brightness instantly with a slider from 0 to 100%, or choose a preset: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%. Each website's setting is saved on your device and restored when you return or reload the page. Features - Live brightness adjustment without an OK button. - A separate saved brightness level for each website. - 100% keeps the original brightness; 0% makes the page fully dark. - The dimming layer lets clicks and scrolling pass through. - Interface available in English, Thai, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and German. How to use 1. Open a website. 2. Click the extension icon in the Chrome toolbar. 3. Drag the slider or choose a preset. The change takes effect immediately. Privacy Website hostnames and their brightness settings are stored only in chrome.storage.local on your device. The extension does not send this data to servers and has no analytics or tracking. No account is required. Compatibility Works on normal HTTP and HTTPS websites. Chrome does not allow extensions to modify protected pages such as chrome:// pages or the Chrome Web Store. This extension dims webpage content; it does not change your monitor's hardware brightness.
