Description
Compliance task management and AI-assisted audit workflow for Chartered Accountants. CA PRO Toolkit is a professional workflow and compliance platform designed for Chartered Accountants (CAs), audit firms, and finance teams in India. The extension serves as a unified workspace for managing audit engagements, statutory compliance, firm operations, tax workflows, client follow-ups, and AI-assisted audit review directly from the browser. Rather than functioning as a general productivity or browsing utility, every feature is purpose-built for CA practice workflows including compliance management, GST reconciliation, TDS review, notice and case management, audit documentation, working papers, and collaborative firm operations. Key Features Unified Firm Workspace Access a centralized workspace for daily operations including tasks, filing dashboards, compliance calendars, review queues, workload summaries, reminders, and firm-wide activity management. Task & Workflow Management Create, assign, organize, and monitor firm tasks with due dates, document readiness, review status, assignees, and progress tracking. Administrators can review and manage workflow while team members execute assigned work. Compliance Calendar & Reminders Create compliance reminders for GST, TDS, MCA, Income Tax, and other statutory activities. Receive Chrome notifications and, when enabled, transactional reminder emails based on reminders created by the user. GST Reconciliation Review Purchase Register data against GSTR-2B with explainable reconciliation workflows, import support, review queues, supplier follow-up assistance, exports, and controlled review processes. TDS Health Review Review deduction records, challans, statement status, PAN evidence, and related documentation to identify missing information and prepare actionable compliance review tasks. Notices & Case Management Organize tax notices and case files, maintain chronology, track important dates, review supporting documents, generate AI-assisted draft insights, and manage case progress with human review. Audit Engagements & Working Papers Manage audit engagements from planning through completion, organize evidence and findings, maintain working papers, and support internal review workflows for assurance and advisory engagements. AI-Assisted Audit Review (User Initiated) Review documents only when initiated by the user. Analyze pasted text, uploaded files, or the current browser page to generate audit procedures, applicable auditing standards, and review insights. AI features assist the review process and do not replace professional judgment. Audit Review History Store completed audit reviews for future reference and comparison, allowing users to revisit previous analyses and supporting documentation. Daily Work Planner Prioritize daily activities, client follow-ups, pending compliance work, and review tasks to help teams organize their workload efficiently. Tax Work Tracker Track GST, Income Tax, Audit, ROC, and related assignments using client-wise progress tracking and synchronized workflow management. Secure Authentication Supports secure passwordless authentication using OTP and Google Sign-In. Authentication tokens are securely managed without storing user passwords in the extension. Firm Collaboration & Role-Based Access Supports collaborative firm environments with role-based permissions including Firm Administrators, Super Administrators, and team members to ensure controlled access to firm data and operations. Why a Browser Extension? Chartered Accountants frequently work across government portals, financial systems, spreadsheets, and online documentation. CA PRO Toolkit provides immediate access to audit, compliance, and workflow tools without requiring users to constantly switch between multiple applications. Privacy & User Control AI reviews and document analysis are performed only after explicit user initiation. Sensitive actions require user confirmation before processing. Human review remains central to compliance and audit workflows. The extension does not automatically read emails, inspect private website content, or monitor browsing activity. Backend Usage A secure backend is used to: Authenticate users. Manage firms, memberships, and role-based permissions. Synchronize tasks, compliance workflows, audit engagements, reminders, and dashboards across authorized devices. Deliver transactional reminder emails when enabled by the user. Store user-created workflow data necessary for collaboration and continuity. Where applicable, information is stored only after user action or consent. Users retain control over their data and can remove stored records through available retention and cleanup options, including immediate deletion or configurable retention periods (such as 7, 15, 30, or 90 days). What CA PRO Toolkit Does NOT Do Does not file returns or submit information to government portals. Does not scrape government websites. Does not automatically capture website content without user action. Does not replace professional advice, statutory review, or auditor judgment. Does not inject advertisements or unrelated third-party scripts. Does not function as a general-purpose browsing utility or ad blocker.
