Auto-fill job applications on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and more from your OfferScout profile. OfferScout autofills job applications on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and most other career sites using your OfferScout profile — so you spend your time on the applications worth pursuing, not retyping the same fields. FEATURES • Detects real job-application pages (not every page you visit) and offers to fill them • Matches form fields to your OfferScout profile — name, contact info, résumé, cover letter, links • Choose which résumé to attach: your master résumé, a recent tailored one, or generate a new one for this job • Drafts answers to open-ended questions with AI, grounded in your résumé — you review before it's used • Remembers your custom answers so repeat questions fill themselves next time • Optional "Auto-submit" — off by default. When you turn it on, it only submits a job application once every field is filled and no question is left unanswered; anything incomplete always comes back to you for review first • Shows exactly what it filled and what needs your attention — nothing is submitted without your control unless you've explicitly opted into Auto-submit HOW TO USE 1. Sign in to your OfferScout account at offerscout.pro 2. Open a job application (or click "Start Auto Apply" from the OfferScout job board) 3. Click the OfferScout icon to open the side panel 4. Review the filled fields and answer anything OfferScout couldn't — then submit PRIVACY The extension only reads job-application pages, not your general browsing. It uses your existing OfferScout sign-in — no separate account.
