Zscaler Real User Monitoring (RUM) Zscaler Digital Experience’s (ZDX)’s Real User Monitoring feature provides visibility into how users experience SaaS and internal apps across regions, networks, and devices. By capturing user sessions, page and Single Page Applications (SPA) load behaviours, errors, and resource-level timing, you can view baseline from the data collection across all app users. Then you can set up alerts to observe trends or shifts in app performance. The alerting shifts the monitoring approach from reactive firefighting to proactive experience assurance.
