Capture your ChatGPT & Claude chats into a private, searchable archive you own — and sync them to Obsidian. Local-first. Anamne — capture, search, and own your ChatGPT & Claude conversations. Your AI chats are full of answers you'll never find again. Anamne turns ChatGPT and Claude into one private, searchable memory you own, and keeps a copy in your own Obsidian vault. Everything you've asked is one search away. 🟢 THE PROBLEM You've had hundreds of conversations across ChatGPT and Claude. The answer you need is in there somewhere, buried across two sites and two histories you can't really search. Your AI history is a goldmine you can't dig into, and it lives on someone else's server. 🟢 WHAT ANAMNE DOES Anamne saves your conversations into a single library on your own device. Search it, organize it, write it to Obsidian, and keep it in sync across your machines. No account needed to start. ✨ KEY FEATURES 🔍 Search everything you've asked Full-text search across every captured conversation by title, keyword, folder, or tag. Filter to one assistant with provider tabs, or search them all at once. 🗂️ Organize your history Sort conversations into nested folders, add your own tags, and star what matters. Move, tag, or delete many at once with bulk actions. A clean reading pane shows each chat as bubbles, with per-message timestamps. 📝 Sync to Obsidian Grant a vault folder once and Anamne writes clean Markdown, with frontmatter and per-turn headings, straight into your notes. No API keys and no copy-paste. Export any conversation to a Markdown file whenever you want. ⚡ Prompt library Save your best prompts with fill-in {{fields}} and drop them into any chat in one click, right on the page. 🖼️ Save the images (Pro) When ChatGPT or Gemini generates an image, Anamne saves the full file with the conversation that made it, in your archive and your Obsidian vault, ready to view or download. 🔄 Encrypted sync across your devices (Pro) Your archive stays in step on every machine you use, encrypted on your device before it leaves. New chats and edits reach every device, and an automatic backup lets you rebuild your library on a new machine in one click. 🤖 More assistants (Pro) ChatGPT and Claude on Free. Add Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and DeepSeek with Pro. One library, one search, all your AIs. 🔒 PRIVATE BY DESIGN Capturing, searching, organizing, and Obsidian sync run entirely on your device. Your conversations are stored locally and never leave your browser. Cloud sync is opt-in and end-to-end encrypted: the key stays on your device, so all the server ever holds is ciphertext it cannot read. No account, no telemetry. Anamne reads the structured data the AI apps already fetch, so a site redesign won't break your capture. 🟢 WHO IT'S FOR Researchers, writers, developers, students, and founders who live in AI chat and are tired of losing their best conversations. Open Anamne from your toolbar on the AI sites you already use. 📪 Questions or feedback?
