Control your real Chrome from AI agents with 42 local browser tools and isolated tab groups. Browser MCP by Wrick connects AI agents to your existing Chrome session through a local MCP server and this companion extension. This is an independent fork of Agent360's original Browser MCP: https://github.com/Agent360dk/browser-mcp It is published separately because the original extension/MCP pair does not expose tab-group renaming and creates a placeholder blank tab when starting the first group. This fork adds agent-controlled tab-group names and creates the first group directly around the requested tab. Use it to organize, switch, and close task groups; automate pages in your logged-in browser; inspect content; fill forms; and coordinate human approval for 2FA or CAPTCHA steps. The MCP server and extension communicate locally over localhost. Browser activity remains on your machine. No browsing data, credentials, page content, or usage analytics are collected or sent to the developer.
