ReCo is the workspace where the role, CV, notes, live transcript, and questions stay together — before, during, and after the call. So you stay present in the conversation and finish documentation in half the time. ReCo starts where the ATS stops — and naturally leads you from the conversation until the final candidate recommendation. → No switching tools. → No manual note-taking. → No losing hours on recommendations & summaries. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT'S INSIDE RECO ▸ Live Transcript — every word captured automatically, in real time. No bot, no recording notification. ▸ One Workspace — role, CV, notes, and transcript side-by-side. The full context of the call in a single view. ▸ AI Across Your Workflow — AI is available everywhere in ReCo, not bolted onto a single screen. Build your questions list, prepare for the call, evaluate nuances, generate the candidate report — AI sits inside each step. The context grows naturally as you work, so you never rebuild it from scratch or re-explain the candidate and role to a new chat. ▸ Custom Reports — generated directly from the conversation, structured around your own criteria and exported onto your boutique's branded paper. 50–80% faster than starting from a blank page. ▸ CV Blinding — candidate names and personal details are removed before any AI processing. Locally, in your browser. ▸ Transcript Edits — fix misspellings, role names, or remove sensitive content directly in the transcript. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔒 PRIVATE AND COMPLIANT ReCo helps recruiters get and stay compliant when handling candidate data under GDPR and similar privacy regulations. ✓ Transcripts, CVs, and reports stored on your device — not uploaded to any server. ✓ Recruiter Companion Labs PSA does not have access to your files. ✓ CV Blinding runs automatically and locally — no candidate data leaves your browser unprocessed. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚫 NO BOT JOINS THE CALL ReCo runs silently in the background — nothing visible to candidates or clients. No recording notification. No third party in the meeting. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌍 WORKS IN 30+ LANGUAGES English, German, Polish, Danish, Swedish, French, Spanish, and more. Speak naturally — ReCo simply gets you. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DESIGNED FOR → Boutique recruitment agencies and direct-hire consultants → Executive Search and headhunters → Solo recruiters and freelancers ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY RECRUITERS CHOOSE RECO ✓ Reports done 50–80% faster — without rewriting notes after each call. ✓ No more copy-pasting — candidate recommendations get exported on your branded paper. ✓ You stay focused on the conversation — ReCo organizes everything for you. ✓ One workspace — instead of juggling tabs, docs, and separate AI tools. ✓ Works from your first call — no manual prompting, no bots, no setup ritual. ✓ Your data stays yours — local storage, CV blinding, transcript edits, full control. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ReCo is a Chrome extension.
