AI-powered meeting notes for recruiters. Records, transcribes, and summarizes your interviews automatically. Connekt Notetaker is an AI-powered meeting assistant built for recruiters. It joins your interviews on Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, records and transcribes the conversation in real time, and turns it into a structured, ready-to-use meeting note — automatically saved to your Connekt CRM. WHY RECRUITERS USE CONNEKT NOTETAKER Interviews move fast, and typing notes while listening means you miss both the conversation and the details. Connekt Notetaker sits quietly in the background of your call so you can focus on the candidate or client, then hands you a clean summary and transcript the moment the meeting ends. KEY FEATURES Live, in-call transcript See a real-time transcript with speaker labels directly inside the meeting, in a sidebar that never interferes with the host platform's UI. Works where you already meet Native support for Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams — no separate app or bot to configure for most calls. On-demand question checklist Load an interview template before the call and get a live checklist of the questions you need to cover. As topics come up in conversation, AI automatically marks them as addressed, so you always know what's left before you wrap up. Customizable summary templates Choose from call summary, meeting summary, or general note templates — or your team's own custom templates — so every note follows the same structure your CRM expects. Automatic sync to Connekt CRM When the meeting ends, the transcript and AI-generated summary are saved straight to the matching candidate, contact, or client record in Connekt — no copy-pasting, no manual upload. Calendar-aware scheduling Connect your Google Calendar so Connekt Notetaker knows about upcoming interviews and can prompt you to record them automatically. Reliable capture, even on flaky connections Audio and video are captured with automatic retry and chunked upload, so a dropped connection mid-interview doesn't cost you the recording. Secure by design Sign-in is handled through Connekt's authentication system with support for multi-factor authentication. Session tokens are stored securely in Chrome's extension storage and are never exposed to the pages you visit. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your Connekt account from the extension popup. 2. Join a supported meeting — Connekt Notetaker detects the call and offers to record. 3. Start recording and, optionally, load a question checklist template for the interview. 4. Talk to your candidate or client while the live transcript and checklist run in the sidebar. 5. End the meeting — your transcript and AI summary are saved automatically to the linked record in Connekt. WHO IT'S FOR Connekt Notetaker is built for recruitment teams already using the Connekt CRM platform who want accurate interview documentation without the manual note-taking overhead. A Connekt account is required to use the extension. PRIVACY Connekt Notetaker only requests access to the meeting platforms it supports (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and the Connekt/Supabase services it depends on to authenticate and store your notes. Recordings and transcripts are associated with your Connekt account and are not shared with third parties. Learn more at letsconnekt.com.
