Description
A popup grid and sidebar panel for your most-used tabs. Tired of cluttered pinned tabs eating your tab bar? PinGrid replaces Chrome's built-in pinned tabs with a clean, searchable grid of your most-used pages — accessible from a popup or a persistent side panel. Pin once. Click to open. Search to find. No more lost pinned tabs across windows. No more background tabs hogging memory. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ WHY PINGRID? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Chrome's pinned tabs have problems: - They clutter your tab bar - They're always loaded, eating RAM - They get lost when you have multiple windows - They disappear if Chrome crashes PinGrid fixes all of it. Your pins live in a tidy grid, instantly available, never running in the background. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ FEATURES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📌 Grid view of your pinned pages — favicon, title, one-click open 🔍 Instant search across titles and URLs — find any pin in a keystroke 📑 Side panel mode — keep PinGrid open beside your work (Alt+P) ⚡ Smart open — clicks an existing tab if the page is already open instead of duplicating it ➕ Three ways to add pins: • + button to pin the current tab • Right-click any page → "Add page to PinGrid" • Right-click any link → "Add link to PinGrid" 🔀 Drag-to-reorder your grid 📥 One-click migration — imports your existing Chrome pinned tabs and unpins them in one go 🎨 Clean, minimal design that stays out of your way ⌨️ Keyboard shortcut (Alt+P) opens the side panel from anywhere ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ PERFECT FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ - Developers juggling docs, repos, dashboards, and staging URLs - Researchers and students with frequently-revisited sources - Anyone who pins 10+ tabs and has lost track of what's where - Productivity nerds who want a faster bookmark workflow - Side-panel power users who keep tools docked beside their work ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ PRICING ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Free forever for up to 4 pins — try every feature, no signup, no credit card. Need more? Unlock unlimited pins for a one-time £2.99. No subscriptions. No accounts. No ads. Ever. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ PRIVACY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Your pins stay on your device. PinGrid uses Chrome's local storage — we never see your URLs, browsing history, or page content. The only network call is a periodic license check (for paying users) and that sends only a license key, nothing else. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Built by an indie developer (JMHB LTD).
