Description
Access your customer support workflows within your ticketing tool. Customer support requires using tools such as a ticketing system and an admin panel, and constantly switching between them. That's a lot of context switching when you're dealing with tens of tickets a day 🤯 Thanks to Forest Assist, you can access your issue resolution workflows in a side panel within your customer support tool, and lower your ticket handling time! With all relevant customer data and actions within your ticketing system, handle support requests without switching tabs, for example: ● Change a user's plan ● Apply a promo code ● Manage invoices ❓How it works? Forest Assist connects to your existing Forest Admin project, giving you access to actions and data directly within your ticketing system. By automatically matching the Requester to customers from your DB, Forest Assist enables you to quickly act on the support ticket at hand. 🌲 What is Forest Admin? Forest Admin provides customizable tools tailored to your unique Support processes, enabling your teams to efficiently handle customer requests. Visit https://www.forestadmin.com/ to learn more.
