Detects visits to AI tools on this device and reports them to your firm's Oathmark AI governance dashboard. Oathmark Continuous Monitoring is a lightweight companion extension for firms on Oathmark's Governance Subscription — built for law firms, RIAs, and insurance agencies that need visibility into which AI tools their team actually uses, without deploying invasive device management software. WHAT IT DOES Once installed and connected with your firm's monitoring key, this extension watches for page visits to a fixed list of known AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Harvey AI, CoCounsel, Lexis+ AI, Clio Duo AI, and other tools common in legal, wealth-management, and insurance workflows. When a match is detected, it reports only the tool name, the matched domain, your chosen device label, and a timestamp to your firm's Oathmark dashboard. WHAT IT NEVER DOES - Never reads page content, form fields, keystrokes, or credentials - Never reports browsing activity outside the fixed list of known AI-tool domains - Never tracks activity in other browser profiles or incognito windows unless you explicitly enable that in your browser's extension settings WHY FIRMS USE IT Compliance and risk teams need an audit trail of AI tool usage to satisfy client contracts, insurance requirements, and emerging AI-governance regulation — without asking employees to install heavyweight endpoint monitoring agents. This extension reports the minimum signal needed for that audit trail: which tool, on which device, and when. SETUP 1. Install the extension. 2. Open the extension's settings and paste the monitoring key from your firm's Oathmark client portal. 3. Optionally label the device (e.g. "Jane's laptop") — if left blank, your dashboard will label the device using its browser/OS instead, so devices never collide under one identical placeholder name. This extension is only useful if your firm is an active Oathmark Governance Subscription client.
