Automatically carries over GA4 report filters across different views. Stop Rebuilding Your GA4 Filters Every Time You Click a New Report. Do you spend a significant part of your day reapplying the same filters every time you navigate through Google Analytics 4? GA4 is a powerful tool, but its tendency to "drop" your active filters and secondary dimensions when you switch reports—or jump between properties—is a major productivity killer. Sticky Filters for GA4 was built to solve this exact headache. This extension acts as a persistent memory for your GA4 session, ensuring that your filters "stick" and follow you wherever you go within the Google Analytics interface. 🚀 KEY FEATURES - Automatic Filter Carryover: Switch from User Acquisition to Traffic Acquisition (or any other report) and your filters stay active. - Secondary Dimension Persistence: Optionally carry over your secondary dimensions across different views using the toggle in the popup. - Cross-Account Support: Moving from one property or account to another? The extension can intelligently re-apply your filters to the new view. - Visual Status Widget: A sleek, floating 📊 badge in the corner lets you know exactly which filters are active, even on dashboard pages where GA4 typically hides them. - Draggable Interface: The status widget is fully draggable—just grab it and move it anywhere on the screen so it won't block GA4 buttons or data you need to view. - Restore Last Filter: Accidentally cleared a complex filter? One click in the extension popup brings it back instantly. 🛡️ PRIVACY-FIRST & SECURE Built for analysts, by analysts. We understand how sensitive analytics data is. This extension follows a strict zero-data collection policy. Your data never leaves your browser; the extension does not use external servers, third-party databases, or tracking. Everything is handled locally via Chrome’s secure storage. It only requests permissions strictly necessary to detect URL changes within the "analytics.google.com" domain. 💡 HOW TO USE - Install the extension and pin it to your toolbar. - Open any GA4 report and apply a filter as you normally would. - Navigate to any other report—the extension handles the rest! - Use the "Secondary Dimensions" toggle in the popup menu if you want your dimensions to follow you as well. Make GA4 feel the way it should have worked from the start. Install Sticky Filters for GA4 today.
