Shows Salesforce bell notifications and event/task reminders as desktop notifications so you never miss an update. Never miss a Salesforce notification again. Salesforce Notify turns Lightning Experience notifications into desktop (toast) notifications. As long as a Salesforce tab is open, you'll notice updates even while working in other tabs or apps — and one click takes you straight to the record. Features Desktop notifications for bell notifications (approval requests, mentions, and more) with title and body Mirrors event / task reminder pop-ups as desktop notifications Click a notification to open the related record. Choose how it opens: stay on the current page, same tab, new tab, or new window. The originating Salesforce tab is always brought to the front Keeps detecting new items about every 30 seconds even when the tab is inactive When multiple orgs (production / sandbox) are open, notifications are labeled with their source org Master on/off switch: turning it off fully disconnects from your org (content scripts are removed, no page is touched), shows an "OFF" badge on the toolbar icon, and clears already-posted notifications Per-category toggles: reminders, mentions, other bell notifications, and a fallback alert for new items whose details couldn't be read Set how long before the same reminder is notified again (never, or after 1–24 hours) — useful with snooze Duplicate suppression so the same notification isn't shown twice when detected through two different paths Configurable check interval (3–60 sec) Built-in "Run check" diagnostics showing connection status per org plus your OS notification permission, and a "Test toast" button Japanese / English UI (auto-detect, or pick one manually) Getting started Install, then open a Salesforce (Lightning Experience) tab Click the toolbar icon and press "Run check" to confirm the connection That's it — keep working as usual, and notifications will appear on your desktop Notes Works only while your browser and a Salesforce tab are open (no notifications while the browser is closed) We recommend excluding your Salesforce domain from the browser's memory saver / sleeping tabs feature This extension reads what's shown on the page and the in-page notification data, so a major Salesforce release may temporarily break detection No user data is collected or sent anywhere.
