Watches how work is done, and does it back. AI-SRO watches how work is done in your browser, then does it back. Operations teams repeat the same work in the same web systems every day: the same lookups, the same forms, the same handoffs between tabs. AI-SRO observes that work where it already happens -- in your own Chrome, in your own signed-in session -- learns the tasks you keep repeating, and offers to run them for you. WHAT IT DOES - Observes the pages you work in and recognises tasks you repeat. - Surfaces those tasks in a side panel, docked beside the tab it is about. - Runs a task back for you in your own session, step by step, where you can watch it and stop it. - Keeps one continuous thread per operator: what you asked for, what the system answered, and every offer it made. CONSENT AND CONTROL - Observation is off until an administrator enables it for your tenant. - Any host can be excluded from observation by policy. - Sensitive values are redacted in the page before anything leaves the browser. - Screenshots are captured only when policy allows it, and are rate limited. - Pause stops everything immediately; purge clears what was collected. - The badge reads REC only while observation is actually running, and the options page says exactly which condition is missing when it is not.
