Joffrey side panel for Host PMS — digital registration and guest services Joffrey – Digital Concierge is a side panel companion for hotel Property Management Systems, built for front-desk and reservations staff who need to do more than their PMS allows — without leaving it. Open Joffrey alongside your PMS and your team can: Perform digital guest check-ins directly from the active reservation Capture and store ID documents, registration cards, and other files using the device camera or file upload Manage payment card references securely, with no sensitive card data stored in the browser Add and view reservation notes that live outside the PMS Joffrey runs as a Chrome side panel, so staff stay in their PMS workflow — no tab-switching, no second system to log into. Authentication is handled via Azure Active Directory, ensuring only authorised personnel at subscribed properties can access the extension. This is a commercial service. Joffrey requires an active subscription with The Capital Hotels Group and will only function at properties where the Joffrey backend has been deployed. It is not a general-purpose tool.
