Persistent working context, safe navigation, search, capture and call actions for Hydra CCC. CCC Companion is Adepteo’s Chrome extension for authorised Hydra CCC contact-centre users. Search customers, keep CRM context close, place confirmed click-to-dial calls, and open the correct customer record when calls arrive. Key features: • Search CCC by company, contact, telephone number, email address or ticket • Select a telephone number on any webpage and prepare a click-to-dial call • Receive safe CRM screen pops for incoming and outgoing calls • Open customer records in Hydra CCC or a configured third-party CRM • Review selected webpage text before saving it as a CRM note • Pin important records and return to recent customer activity • Limit automatic tabs and suppress screen pops while the browser is inactive • Work with approved Live and Preview CCC environments Calls always require explicit user confirmation. Automatic screen pops never replace an existing page. CCC Companion requires an active, authorised Hydra CCC account and does not provide a standalone telephone or CRM service
